Chris conducted research to ensure that the house was listed competitively and appropriate to the current market. He prepared an amazing listing including professional photos that he had arranged to be taken. Chris also provided updates throughout the process and did a thorough job presenting the offers. I really appreciated his willingness to consult with others to confirm information when there was any uncertainty. I recommend Chris because he is an energetic, go-getter and he provided honest feedback. This allowed for an open partnership and ensured that we were aligned throughout. During this crazy time to purchase (2023) a home a realtor named Rita Boswell EXP Realty Group helped me in my long journey to buying a home, she stayed in contact and never gave up on me when a few others did, at one point I almost gave you on ME, Rita referral me to Chris Heilman EXP Realty group and I told Chris, so far in my journey I had a lot of great advice and educational moments so far except for one hiccup be the pressure was on. I had a mission/goal to accomplish. Chris did just that, introducing me to his great team, Momma Sheril Heilman, and then Mike the lender. Not only did Chris & Sheril help us sell our house & find our forever home, but they did the same for my parents ?? We are grateful for all the time & effort they put into helping us both! I couldn't be happier with The Heilman Group! We may have been strangers with all this started but I'm happy to say we have made lifelong friends. Chris and Sheril go above & beyond for their clients! Chris even helped us load & unload his trailer.. which was a 3-hour round-trip drive to our new home.
